Initial Consultation with Service Recommendation
Two Creative Staging
Consultants walk through the home with the seller to get a
feel for its space, gather first impressions, and note
details. A Top Ten Priority (remove ‘Things To Do’) List,
summarizing what to do to prepare your home to sell (remove
for sale and moving) is provided. A proposal for
additional staging services is provided upon your request.
This consultation lasts approximately 1 ½ - 2 hours.
Vignette Staging for MLS Gallery
Two
Creative Staging Consultants will create up to 3
vignettes for MLS photos. Working with the Real Estate
Agent and the client, up to 3 areas in the home will be
accessorized to create the Welcome Home feeling
through pictures. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible
for taking all photographs.

Staging Do It Yourself Plan
This is for the Do It
Yourself home seller. Based upon the Initial Consultation,
Creative Staging prepares a detailed DIY Plan for the
seller. The DIY Plan is an extensive, detailed written
report. It includes staging recommendations room by room
and photo samples so the seller can implement the
improvements based on the expertise offered by the
Creative Staging Consultants.
Staging for Selling
This service is perfect for a new listing, preparing a home
for an open house, or a home that has been on the market for
a while and just won’t sell. Based on the Initial
Consultation, Creative Staging will transform the home.
Working from a detailed plan and applying our One Stop Shop
program, we stage the home using existing furniture and
accessories to create the Welcome Home feeling.
Staging for Living
Creative Staging offers redesign services for
homeowners who want a warm and inviting
atmosphere in which to enjoy everyday living. Working from
a detailed plan and applying our One Stop Shop
program, Creative Staging Consultants will transform
the home using redesign techniques to create the
Welcome Home feeling.
