The Creative Staging team is the staging resource you
need to transform your home, listing, or place of business
into a showcase.
STAGING FOR SELLING SERVICES:
Initial Consultation
Two Staging Consultants and the client walk through the
home, take photos and measurements, provide verbal
recommendations and discuss service options. A written
proposal for Staging for Selling is provided upon request.
The Initial Consultation lasts approximately 1 hour.
Initial Consultation with Home Sale Priority
Report
Two Staging Consultants and the client walk through the home
to get a feel for its space, gather first impressions and
note details. A detailed, personalized Home Sale
Priority Report, summarizing what to do to prepare the
home for sale is provided. A proposal for additional
staging services is provided upon request. The Initial
Consultation lasts approximately 1-1˝ hours.
Occupied Home “Staging for Selling”
Creative Staging Consultants will transform the home into a
showcase. Working from a detailed design plan and applying
our signature Welcome Home Philosophy and One Stop
Shop Program, we stage the home using existing furniture
and accessories and/or Creative Staging items necessary to
transform the home to appeal to buyers. Once the home is
staged, professional photographs will be taken for MLS use.
These services are flexible and can be customized based
upon needs. We offer Full Home Staging, High
Impact Room Staging, or Light Staging. This
service is perfect for a new listing, preparing a home for
an open house or for a home that has been on the market for
a while and just won’t sell!
Vacant Home “Staging for Selling”
Did you know that a vacant
home can sit on the market 2-3 times longer than an occupied
home, and that empty rooms can appear smaller than they
actually are? Creative Staging Consultants will create a
detailed design plan to fully stage the home or stage high
impact areas, based upon your needs and budget. We apply
our signature Welcome Home Philosophy to each room,
and arrange for all necessary rental items that are critical
to showcasing the home’s best features. Once the home is
staged, professional photographs will be taken for MLS use.
STAGING FOR LIVING
SERVICES:
Initial
Consultation
Two Consultants meet with
the homeowner to understand their wants, needs and budget
for transforming the home. We walk through the home to get
a feel for its space and note specific details. A proposal
and timeline for redesign services is provided. Initial
Consultation lasts about 1 hour.
Redesigning for
Living
Working from a detailed design plan and applying our One
Stop Shop program, we will redesign the home using
existing furniture and accessories as well as purchased
items that fit within the homeowner’s budget to create our
signature Welcome Home feeling and transform your
house into your home.
Shopping
Services
Creative Staging
Consultants will shop for the items necessary to transform
your house into your home. Upon approval of the homeowner,
items are purchased from Creative Staging by the homeowner
at the retail price.
One Stop Shop
Services
Additional services, such
as painting and repairs, may be critical to accomplish a
desired look and feel in a space. Creative Staging
will help coordinate these services through our One Stop
Shop program upon the client’s approval. These services
are provided by our Business Partners, and additional costs
apply and will be evaluated and recommended as needed.
Creative Staging Service
Fees vary and are based upon square footage of the home.
Monthly rental fees apply to Creative Staging Rental Items
that are placed in the home.

Commercial Redesign
